Swami Nikhileshwarananda, Adhyaksha, Shri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Vadodara, Swami Sarvasthananda, Adhyaksha, Shri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Rajkot and Swami Jithakamanandaji, Adhyaksha, Shri Ramakrishna Ashrama Swami Nikhileshwarananda, Adhyaksha, Shri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Vadodara, Swami Sarvasthananda, Adhyaksha, Shri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Rajkot & Swami Jithakamanandaji, Adhyaksha, Shri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Mangaluru visited our institution and facilitated a Seminar on “Modern Youth” and “Start-Up for Rural India”. Firstly, they shared their appreciation to Sahyadri Management for creating a Swachch environment and structure amidst the river, mountain, buildings & clear air. They also appreciated Sahyadri for developing an open education system which is Multi-Disciplinary in nature that adds to the holistic development of students.

Swami Nikhileshwarananda, in his session on “Modern Youth” acclaimed that they are Highly Intelligent, Highly Ambitious, need instant success and are more focused on their career, however they break down very easily on small issues as they lack total personality development. He urged the youth to give equal importance to IQ, EQ and also SQ (purpose of life) which contributes to the total development of the personality of an individual. He also added that there is infinite power in each and every individual and one should awaken it through education, prayer, selfless service and rigorous reading. He also mentioned that stress reduces through serving others and Swachch Mann (Clear Mind) is of utmost importance to gain tranquility, peace and success. He emphasized that Success is directly proportionate to Concentration which in turn is directly proportionate to Purity of Mind which is again directly proportionate to Food (intake in terms of see, hear and speak).

Swami Sarvasthananda re-iterated that one should never forget the women and the masses in the context of Social Entrepreneurship. He mentioned that India can rise only when Rural India rises, hence youth should feel for the underprivileged, think about it, dream about it, let every particle of the body work on it, use their knowledge and contribute to them. He narrated few success stories of Social Entrepreneurs and motivated the students to Start-Up for Rural India.
