A Research Article titled - “Dominance of c-axis orientation on the carrier transport properties of Sn doped ZnO thin films” authored by Dr. F Jyothi Serrao, Associate Professor and Dr. Navin N Bappalige, Associate Professor, Dept. of Engineering Physics has been published in the International Journal of ‘Thin Solid Films’ (SCI indexed, Q2, Elsevier Journal, Impact factor 2.030). In this research paper, the effect of Sn dopant on the structural, optical and electrical properties of pure ZnO thin films deposited by sol-gel spin-coating method has been investigated. The obtained results contribute to the various applications of synthesized thin films in both optical and optoelectronic devices.
The deposition of the thin films and Electrical Characterization of the films were carried out in the ‘Thin Film Research Lab’ of the college, which has been established from VGST grant with due support from the Management.
