Day 3: Workshop on Strategic Leadership Excellence

On the third and closing day of the workshop on, “Strategic Leadership Excellence”, the topics covered were, Developing Institutional Strategic Goals, Departmental Goals(long, mid and short term strategies), and Sub-Strategies for Institutional Strategic Goals.

Dr. K. Balveer Reddy, former Vice-Chancellor VTU and Dr. D. Vasudev Naidu, senior leadership training professional motivated the participants to prepare sub- strategies for all the goals and the HoDs presented the vision and mission statements of their respective departments. The participants shared their experience of the three-day workshop.

S. and Mr. Shravan Shetty, second year MBA students of the college, were selected by ICICI Securities Limited for the position of Management Trainee in the pool campus recruitment drive conducted in the Campus. A total of eleven students were selected out of twenty-seven students shortlisted for the personal interview round.
