Shwetha Shre K with 79.10% has topped the Sahyadri College in the Civil Engineering, Semester VII Examination of 2015-16 held by VTU. Laril Lawline obtained the second position in the College with 77.80% while Cutinha Rajath with 77.70% stands third. Out of sixty-seven students who took the examination, fifteen secured a distinction, twenty-one students a first class and eight students a second class bringing the overall percentage score of the department to 65.67%

Capgemini will be conducting an online test in the campus as a second round of their recruitment process exclusively for final year engineering students of Sahyadri on Monday, the 1st of February 2016.
