• Never find one Role Model as everyone has flaws. Hence pick up the best leadership qualities in people.
• Leader is one who has followers. People follow them as they have Ideas. More importantly, a leader does not take complete ownership of his ideas but gives the ownership of the ideas to his followers.
• ‘Jugaad’ is not innovation, hence move from ‘Jugaad’ to ‘Jhakaas’ (WOW Factor)
• Organizations should institutionalize the culture of innovation, send signals of why innovation is important, introduce innovation as a criterion in performance appraisal and also encourage entrepreneurial ability.
