Dr. Shreyas Suresh Rao, Associate Professor, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering is appointed as Technical Guide for an ongoing Research Project of The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
The Project titled "Ontology Enabled Disaster Management Web Service using Data Integration" is executed by AISSMS Institute of Information Technology, affiliated to Pune University and is in the area of Semantic Web.
The Principal Investigator for the project is Prof. Shilpa P. Pimpalkar from AISSMS and the deadline for completion is 20th Sept’2020.
DTlabz R&D Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Pratian Technologies, Sahyadri and TCE organizes Hack-A-Dream
DTlabz R&D Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Pratian Technologies, Sahyadri and Technical Career Education Pvt Ltd. (TCE) organized Hack-A-Dream: A Virtual Internship Fair during 15th to 27th July’2020 for 350 Engineering students in the Data Science and Full-Stack Web Development sectors.
The students underwent a 5-day Training Program conducted by Pratian Technologies on various domains like Azure, DevOps, Product Design and the likes, followed by a week-long virtual Hackathon to build virtual solutions for real-time projects pitched by companies working in the said sectors.
The shortlisted teams then participated in a one-on-one interview with the companies looking to offer Internship based on their solutions. The event primarily focused on getting students Industry-ready by giving them first-hand exposure from companies.

Student Counsellor invited by Trisha College to conduct Online Yoga Sessions for their Degree Students
Mr Ankith S. Kumar, Student Counsellor was invited by Trisha Group of Institution to conduct an online Yoga Session on the theme "Health and Well-Being" for their degree students as a part of their Parinathi programme.
Mr Ankith spoke about the importance of good health and how Yoga can help improve one's health. He gave live demonstration on basic breathing techniques and relaxation methods. He explained the importance of having well planned and balanced diet.
More than 150 students attended the session.
