Faculty Member in Summer Faculty Research Fellow Programme-2014

Mr. Manjunath Mulimani, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, participated in the six weeks Summer Faculty Research Fellow Programme -2014 under Continuing Education Programme (CEP) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has also successfully completed a project entitled “Deployment of cloud using open source” under the guidance of Dr. Gopal Krishan as a part of the Summer Faculty Research Fellow Programme -2014.

CEP of IIT, Delhi, has taken a new initiative of starting Summer Faculty Research Fellow Programme since 2008. This way, a faculty fellow who is planning to start on their Ph.D. (or post-graduate research programme) can spend the summer months (May-July) under the guidance of an active research faculty mentor of IIT, Delhi. The faculty fellow will also get an opportunity to interact and work with the faculty and research students of the group and get exposure to the equipment and lab facilities associated with the faculty mentor. Access to other general facilities such as the central library is also feasible.
