Mrs. Mary Jency Shinto has joined the Department of Mathematics as Assistant Professor. She obtained her B.Sc, M.Sc and M.Phil degree from Nirmala College for Women. Her area of specialization is Mathematics Topology.
Upcoming Event
A three-day Faculty Development programme “Feel Teacher – Freedom and Punishment” will commence in the Campus from Thursday, the 16th July to Saturday, the 18th July 2015 in the Sahyadri Hall, ground floor, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Prof. Sunny Tharappan, Director, CLHRD will be the resource person for the training programme.

Mrs. F. Jyothi Serrao Presents her Research Paper at an International Conference
Mrs. F. Jyothi Serrao, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics has won the “Best Poster Presentation Award” at the International Conference on Recent Advances in Nano Science and Technology (RAINSAT-2015), organized by Sathyabama University, Chennai during 8th to 10th July 2015. Her presentation was entitled “Effect of Electron Irradiation on the Properties of GZO Thin Films Deposited by Sol-Gel Method”.
“Feel Teacher – Communication” faculty development programme concludes
The three-day faculty development programme “Feel Teacher – Communication” concluded in the Campus. Several aspects of Human Resource development, Values, Principles, Human Relationships, Emotional Intelligence, Understanding student behavior and Communicating to Influence were covered in this programme. Prof. Sunny Tharappan, Director, CLHRD was the main resource person. Prof. Subrahmanya and Prof. Anila Kamath were the other resource persons.
