Mr. Anil Kumar N S has joined the Dept. of Civil Engineering as an Assistant Professor. He has completed his B.E in Civil Engineering from JNNCE, Shivamogga & M. Tech in Environmental Engineering from UBDT College of Engineering, Davanagere. His area of specialization is Environmental Engineering.
Ms. Ashwitha A Shetty has joined the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering as an Assistant Professor. She has completed her B.E in Computer Science & Engineering from MIT Engineering College, Moodabidri & M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from NMAMIT, Nitte. Her area of specialization is Computer Science & Engineering.
Day Three of Bridge Course for Engineering Students 2017 Batch
At the beginning of the day, Mathematics Class was held which aims to ease the transition from PUC Mathematics to Engineering Mathematics. It is also useful for students who need a boost to their mathematical confidence. Post this; students were given Hands-on training on making transistor based circuits and also on basics of Electronics. A refresher session was also conducted on The Designing Software - Onshape.
Tomorrow at Sahyadri
"Principals and Placement Officers Meet" will be held in Sahyadri Campus. This would include representation of Training & Placement Officers along with Principals of combined pool Engineering Colleges for placements from Mangaluru, DK District.

Mr. Mohanram PV, CEO of MM Active, Bengaluru visited Sahyadri to examine the Campus for the upcoming event “Elevate 100” to be held in our institution. He was delighted to view the facilities available and had an interactive session with Mr. Manjunath Bhandary, Chairman, Dr. Umesh M Bhushi, Principal and the Aptra Technologies team on the feasibility of conducting this event. He was extremely glad with the sight of the incubation centre and Start-Ups inside the premises.
