Research!! Step by step guidance for a successful journey

cet
“Research is defined as the creation of newer knowledge avenues and/or the use of existing knowledge in a new and creative way so as to generate new concepts, methodologies, and understandings. This could include synthesis and analysis of previous research to the extent that it leads to new and creative outcomes.”
To understand this better, you should know why research is important. For e.g.
• What roles did women play in the American Revolution?
• How does the human brain create, store, and retrieve memories?
• Who invented the game of football, and how has it changed over the years?
You may know the answers to some of these questions off the top of your head If you are like most people. However, you may find answers to tough questions by searching the Internet, visiting the library, or asking others for information.
The correct word to summarise the actions conducted above can be put in one single word, Research.
When your boss, your instructor, or a family member asks you a question that you do not know the answer to, you will locate relevant information, analyze your findings, and finally share your results.. Research can also be effective as a Tool for Building Knowledge and for Facilitating Learning Knowledge". It basically pertains to facts based on objective insights and/or study findings processed by the human brain. It can be acquired through various ways, such as reading books, online articles, listening to experts, watching documentaries or investigative shows, conducting scientific/social experiments, and interacting with other people. The accrued facts can be then checked to ensure their authenticity and accuracy.
Thus, Research is an essential component in generating knowledge and vice-versa. The Importance of Research in the Advancement of Society: “Human needs never end”. As our demands increase, the requirement for research also rises. It can also be said that research is something, that makes our life easier becoming a resultant factor arising out of simple curiosity or a novel innovative idea. Research helps us in many ways and provides us with a complete solution to the problems faced by the human race. This constant unrest and fight to have a problem-free life increasing the betterment of the human race results in the advancement of society. To put together in a simpler context, Research goes a long way in the advancement, development, and betterment in terms of upliftment of the society.

Quote for the day

Life is never easy. There is work to be done and obligations to be met – obligations to truth, to justice, and to liberty.
- John F. Kennedy
