 Mrs. Deepthishree S. Aithal has joined the Department of Civil Engineering as an Assistant Professor. She obtained her B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from NMAMIT, Nitte, Karkala and postgraduation M.Tech. degree in Structural Engineering from Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management. Her area of specialization is Structural Engineering.

Two-Day PGCET Training Held for MBA aspirants
  The Department of Business Administration organized a two-day PGCET Training for MBA aspirants in the Campus. Seventy-five students from various UG colleges in and around Mangalore participated in the training program. Participants were given hands-on training on subjects like Quantitative Analysis, General Knowledge, Reasoning Intelligence and Proficiency in English Language which form part of the PGCET syllabus. CA Gopalakrishna Bhat, a practicing CA, was the resource person for Quantitative Analysis. Prof. Raghavendra Prabhu, Prof. Mithun Ullal, Prof. Divya Prabhu and Prof. Gayathri Shetty of the department were the other resource persons for the two-day training. The response has been overwhelming with interactive sessions being conducted. The participants were immensely delighted with the infrastructure of the College and the hospitality they received during the program.
