Tomorrow at Sahyadri

Syntel is conducting an online test as a part of their campus recruitment drive for the 2015 B.E. graduates.

Syntel Inc. was established in 1980 by Bharat Desai and Neerja Sethi as a provider of software services. With revenues of just $30,000 in its first year, Syntel has grown into a $911.4 million corporation with a market cap of over $3.8 billion, 24,553+ employees, and more than two dozen offices and Global Development Centers around the world.

Since 1980, Syntel has significantly shifted its business model in several ways. Today, nearly 80 percent of revenues come from e-Business services and Applications Outsourcing; 20 percent is derived from Knowledge Process Outsourcing. Syntel’s founders recognized the importance of its employees. This intuition remains a strong component of Syntel’s heritage and brand today.
