Sahyadrians recruited by Diya Systems
Diya Systems visited Sahyadri to conduct pooled campus recruitment drive for the engineering students of 2017 passing out batch. Around thirty candidates from pool colleges were part of the recruitment drive. Six candidates have been selected by the company, of which five are Sahyadrians. Mr. Shrinivas Bhat, Senior Manager-Human Resource, Diya Systems was at the campus to facilitate the entire recruitment process.

Tomorrow at Sahyadri
Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management will be celebrating Graduation Day for the outgoing Bachelor of Engineering students of 2017 batch in the campus. Mr. Nagaraj Ijari, Vice President, TCS Bangalore and Mr. E S Chakravarthy , Center Head, TCS Bangalore are the invited Guests for the event.
Mr. Nagaraj Ijari is the Global Head for TCS-HiTech Business Unit. He has about 30 years of rich experience in the IT industry. He joined TCS in January 1990 and has contributed immensely to the growth of the organization. He has performed a variety of roles in TCS including strategic Account Management, Sales and Delivery for customers globally. He has built long-lasting relationships with Global Customers. He has set up the HiTech business unit and grown the unit significantly in the last 5 years. He also Heads TCS Bangalore Operations and played key role in growing TCS Bangalore from 4,000 employees to over 50,000 employees. Mr. Ijari has an in-depth knowledge in Global IT industry and is known for delivering definitive strategy, IT excellence and large scale programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering from Bangalore University. He has graduated in Advanced Management program (AMP181) from Harvard Business School in 2011. He is also a member of IEEE and the Bangalore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mr. Chakravarthy has Master’s Degree in Computers from PSG College of Technology – Coimbatore and Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communications from Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh. He joined TCS in the year 1997 as a trainee engineer as part of the campus placements at PSG College of Technology. In his current role, he is primarily responsible for Overall Regions’ growth; Operating cost management and Customer Relations, Infrastructure Management, End-to-End Operations of the region, People Connect, Employee Welfare and Engagement, Public Relations.
Mr. E S Chakravarthy has been honored with “Chanakya Award” (National Achiever) for the year 2013 for Business Excellence in HR by Public Relations Council of India. He has been honored as a member on National Social Security Board (NSSB) under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Minister of Labour & Employment under the section representing eminent persons from civil society. He has been honored as a council member of State Skill Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh.
