Webinar on "Channelize Intelligence and Time - Become Your Best Version" by an International Corporate Trainer

Webinar_Channelize_Intelligence_and_Time Dept. of Business Administration in association with Technical Career Education (TCE), organized a Webinar on the topic - "Channelize Intelligence and Time - Become Your Best Version" by Mr. Anil Bhatnagar, an International Corporate Trainer.
He emphasized on "Disciplined roller for Intelligence" and "Disciplined roller for Time" when channelized in the right direction with Passion, will help the individual to become ones best version. In the "Disciplined roller for Intelligence" he mentioned about Bad News received in advance to be converted into Good news and the lessons learnt to be practiced continuously to become your best version. Similarly, in the "Disciplined roller for Time" he emphasized on 4 P’s that is Plan, Prepare, Practice and Program yourself to become the best version.
Mr. Anil Bhatnagar, a 1979 graduate of Indian Institute of Technology is an award-winning author of five books and a sought-after leadership guru. He is a corporate trainer to over 125 leading private, multinational and public-sector companies in India, the Middle East and the US.
The Session was moderated by Mr. Raman Madhok, Managing Director of Kahani Design Works and Advisor to the Management of Sahyadri.

AICTE-ISTE National Refresher Programme organized by Dept. of Mechanical Engineering

Day Three (Morning session – Saturday, 27th March’2021) of AICTE-ISTE National Refresher Programme organized by Dept. of Mechanical Engineering on “Cooperative and Collaborative Teaching Learning Processes”:
The First session was engaged by Dr. Rupal Thakkar, Assistant Professor, K J Somaiya College of Education, Mumbai, on “Engaging students through cooperative and collaborative learning”. She highlighted the significance of prescriptive and experiential curriculum, uses of cooperative learning, phases of cooperative learning, individual and group accountability and class activities.
The Second session was engaged by Dr. A J Neetha, Principal, Bapuji College of Education, Davanagere on “Cooperative & Collaborative Teaching, Learning Process & its types.” She stressed on the significance of cooperative learning, improvement in output with cooperative learning, Principles of collaboration, Best practices, activities and benefits of collaborative learning.

Day Two of Sahyadri NSS Special Camp at Sevanjali, Farangipet

The second day of the NSS special camp at Sevanjali began with the hoisting of NSS flag by the Guest – Mr. Krishna Kumar Poonja. The students presented the report of the previous day to the camp. The first session of the day was taken up by Ms. Mamatha, Supervisor, Dharmasthala Swasahaya Sanghas. She gave an orientation about the operations of Self-help groups and motivated the students to be involved in social service.

After the session, the students were engaged in the Shramadhan in the nearby community school where they cleared the debris of construction and cleaned the premises and removed the unwanted plants and garbage.

The second session of the day was conducted by Mr. Ranjan Bethanpady who explained Solid Waste Management and Pot Compost. He encouraged the engineering students to use their engineering skills and come up with creative ideas in order to solve the problems of solid waste.
NSS_Special_Camp After lunch, a session on emergency first-aid was conducted by Mr. Ashwin and Ms. Gloria, Indian Red Cross SERV trainers. They trained the students on the life-saving skills that are needed to save a life during an emergency. The day concluded with a review and feedback session.
