Research, innovation, creativity, journal publication" are the keywords in the current engineering education system. This change in focus is advocated by all educational visionaries. Seeing the trend of increasing publication from our students and staff, I feel we are on the right track. I am proud to note that we have one more publication of research paper titled, " Secure Login for Websites: A User Authentication Protocol to Resist Password Stealing and Reuse Attacks", authored by Mrs. Rashmi S. Suvarna, M.Tech, Semester IV, Computer Science & Engineering, under the guidance of Prof. Pavan Kumar V, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, in the International Journal of Engineering Research and Technology (IJERT), Vol. 3 - Issue 3 (March - 2014).
