Anglo Eastern Ship Management Ltd lures a Sahyadrian with a spectacular Rs.14 Lakhs annual pay package

Ajaygan K, from the 2017 passed out batch of Mechanical Engineering has bagged a jaw-dropping package of Rs.14 Lakhs per annum from 'Anglo Eastern Ship Management Ltd'. He has been appointed for the designation of a Graduate Mechanical Engineer in the recently held campus recruitment drive for the 2017 batch.

Achievement of first year students at IIT Gandhinagar

Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar one of the prestigious institutions in India is located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. “Amalthea” is the annual technical summit of Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar.

MBAs conduct Training in Govt. High School, Mullakad, Konchady

MBA students from 1st year conducted a training programme in Govt. High School, Mullakad, Konchady. Various activities like Quiz, Memory Game, Blind Fold, Pick and Act, Balloon Blasting, Creativity out of Newspapers were organized. These activities were conducted with an intension to enhance their concentration & also contribute to Skill Development. Students of the school also gave handwritten feedback about the training programme.

Faculty supports a student financially to participate in a Techno Fest at IIT Kanpur

Prof. Raghavendra Prabhu, Dept. of Business Administration supported one of the students from the Computer Science & Engineering department to participate in the Techno Fest to be held during 15th March – 18th March 2018. Prof. Raghavendra Prabhu has identified this student who is from the economically poor background and has provided financial support of Rs. 10,000 which will be of great help for the student’s travel, registration & food expenses during the stay at IIT Kanpur.

Prof. Naitik ST, Dept. of Information Science and Engineering attended a Faculty Development Programme on Cyber Security, IOT and Privacy issues in Blockchain technology organized by Information & Communication Technology Department at MIT, Manipal. Dr. Rajan & Dr. Prashant Mishra were the resource persons who focussed on Emerging trends in Cyber security – the latest advancements in the Cyber security, Challenges and thrust areas, IOT deployment challenges - issues with respect to deployment of devices in IOT environment, Privacy issues in Bitcoin and Blockchain technology – the latest trends in Cryptocurrency, process of Blockchain technology and challenges of transactions security.
