Academic Administrative Officer (AAO) invited as a Resource Person

Ms. Shreelatha U A, AAO was invited as a resource person to facilitate a Training Programme on Leadership & Communication organized by Karnataka Health Promotion Trust in association with Azim Premji Foundation to train six hundred and fifty adolescent girls from fifty two villages of Koppal District. A team of five resource persons including Ms. Shreelatha U A was deputed for a week.

Notification: Arivu Educational Loan @ 2% interest for OBC students (Other than Minorities)

Online applications are invited for Arivu Educational Loan for the academic year 2017-18. Students who have joined under CET are eligible to apply for the loan. Parent annual income should be below 3.5 lakhs. Students who are willing to apply are informed to visit website: www.karnataka.gov.in/dbcdc. Last date to apply is 20th May 2017

MBA faculty along with students facilitated a Training Programme for B.Ed students

MBA-faculty-along-with-students-facilitated-a-Training-Programme-for-B.Ed-students As a part of Civic Training Camp, Prof. Padmanabha B along with Ms. Kshama Hegde, Ms. Prajna and Mr. Prajwal Kaverappa, 1st MBA students had been invited to conduct a training programme for B.Ed students of Amrutha B. Ed College, Padil which was organized at Science Centre, Pilikula. The team conducted various activities related to Personality Development. Participants were made aware of the impact of one’s personality on success or failure in life. Various concepts like Self-Belief, Break through thinking, Self-Esteem, Team Coordination was touched upon during the training programme which is important as the participants were our future teachers.

Sahyadrians join hands for Swachh Mangaluru Abhiyan

Sahyadrians-join-hands-for-Swachh-Mangaluru-Abhiyan As a part of Swachh Mangaluru Abhiyan, cleanliness drive was carried out by Sahyadrians in the surrounding areas of Milagres Circle, Mangaluru. Swami Prajnanathanandaji of Tirupathi Ramakrishna Mission & Ms. Sunitha Priya D’Silva jointly flagged off the initiative. Students were segregated in three groups to carry out this drive concurrently in Falnir Road, Railway Station Road & Hampankatta Main Road.
