40-Hour Workshop on HR Analytics for MBA-HR Students
Dept. of Business Administration has organized a 40-hour Workshop on HR Analytics which commenced on 3rd May’2021. On completing this workshop, students will be able to see through the HR related data and also build stories on that. They would be able to take crucial decisions in best interest of all the stakeholders in their organization as a HR Manager. Mr. Ganesh Rao, Management Consultant is the resource person. Day one started with a brief introduction on HR Analytics. He also threw light on the Process of collecting and analyzing Human Resource data in order to improve an organization’s workforce performance. Sessions related to salary calculations with clear practical examples on Net Salary, Gross Salary & CTC calculations using MS Excel were also held.
ECE Faculty appointed as the Program Committee Member for the International Conference to be held in Dubai, UAE in Nov’2021
Prof. Chandra Singh, Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering has been appointed as the Program Committee Member for the 11th International Conference on Digital Image Processing and Pattern Recognition (DPPR 2021) which is going to be held in Dubai, UAE during November 27 to 28, 2021. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Computer Science Conference Proceedings in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS & IT) series.
Selected papers from DPPR 2021, after further revisions, will be published in the special issue of the following journals:
• Signal & Image Processing : An International Journal (SIPIJ)
• International Journal of VLSI Design & Communication Systems (VLSICS)
• International Journal of Embedded Systems and Applications (IJESA)
