He interacted with Dr. Umesh M. Bhushi, Principal and Mrs. Rashmi Bhandary, Head of Placements. He was taken around the Campus and expressed his happiness to see the infrastructure and facilities provided in the College and praised the growth of the institution in such a short span of time. Career Guidance for Aspiring Degree Students Mr. U. S. Vishweswara Bhat, Kannada Faculty and Human Resource Development Trainer from Vitla PU College conducted a session for aspiring degree students in the Campus. Learning Style, Career Guidance and Personality Assessment were some of the topics addressed by the resource person. Outbound Training Programme for MBA Students 98 students from the First year MBA accompanied by 14 faculty members have participated in Outbound Training Program at Bhagamandala, Madikeri district. The students also visited Dubare Elephant Camp as part of this program. The training aimed at developing skills such as group dynamics, crisis management, leadership, knowing your team and working with the team and negotiation skills. Mr. Venkat Ramani and his team from Varnaaz facilitated the training activities.
