Tech Mahindra experience
Hello juniors,
I would like to share my experience during the Tech Mahindra campus drive.
There were 4 rounds all together: Aptitude, Essay writing, Technical Interview and the HR Interview.
The online aptitude test comprised of 130 questions. It includes questions from topics such as quantitative, verbal reasoning etc. Once the time is out, the test gets submitted. The results are displayed on the screen immediately. The only way to clear any aptitude is a lot of practice.
Once the aptitude is cleared, comes the essay writing. Here, one is supposed to write an essay of 200 words in 7 minutes.
Then comes the technical round where one is basically asked to explain his/her project. Hence it is better to have at least one project in hand. A basic of ‘C’ language is an added advantage too. Be confident while you speak.
Finally comes the HR round. Here you are gauged with general knowledge regarding the company. Your smartness is checked. Maintain an eye to eye contact for this shows your confidence.

In his suggestions to improve the parliament system in India, he stated that voting should be made compulsory and the educated class of people should cast their vote, there should be a fixed term for assembly and fixed term for premium positions like the Chief Minister, Prime Minister, President and Vice President.
The Chairman, Mr. Manjunath Bhandary, urged the students to actively participate in the voting process and create public awareness of the democratic process.
