Faculty Members of Dept. of CSE publish Research Paper in the Journal of Seybold Report

research-paper A Research Paper entitled “An Effective Hierarchical Classification in Education Data Mining Techniques to valuate Engineering Students Performance” is published in the Journal of Seybold Report Volume 15 ISSUE 8, 2020, ISSN-NO 1553-9211.
Dr. Manjula V., Assoc. Professor and Dr. M. Srinath, Professor from the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering are the first and second authors of the Research Paper, respectively.
The research work focuses on a better Mining Algorithm to successfully identify the behaviour of weak students. In most of the works, the attributes identified are irrelevant and are neglected as missing attributes leading to inconsistent results.
In order to reduce the drawbacks of existing clustering algorithms, an efficient Adaptive Artificial Neural Network (AANN) was proposed.
