Dalvin Antony, an alumnus of Sahyadri addressed the final year engineering students regarding the corporate culture and shared his work experience as well as the current Industry expectations. Presently he is working as BDM (Business Development Manager) in Focus Academy for Career Enhancement, Bengaluru.
Tomorrow at Sahyadri
Department of Business Administration will be hosting a One-Day Leadership Development Programme for UG students at Sahyadri Seminar Hall, Ground Floor. 150 students from various colleges are expected to participate in the programme scheduled from 09.00 a.m to 04.30 p.m. Prof. Vineetha Rai K, School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangaluru, NSS coordinator, Nodal Officer – Youth Red Cross, Mangalore University will grace the occasion as Chief Guest. Mr. Suhan Prasad, Founder, Mango Pickle Entertainment will be the Guest of Honour.
This day-long event is a community initiative to develop leadership skills among students and groom them into better citizens. It will include an array of events through participatory method, Role Play, Group Discussion by the in-house Sahyadri MBA faculty team as resource persons.

Officials from Karnataka State Financial Corporation visit Sahyadri
Mr. A. R. Nagesh, Senior Manager (Tech), Mr. B. C. Shivaprakash, General Manager (Mysuru Circle), and Mr. M. R. Raju, Deputy General Manager from Karnataka State Financial Corporation had visited the campus. During their visit they interacted with the Chairman, Mr. Manjunath Bhandary and Dr. Manjappa, Director Research & Consultancy. They were taken round the campus to view the various student-centric initiatives introduced by the institution.
They very much appreciated the start up initiatives and the encouragement given to the students to nurture their talents and innovative ideas. They wished great success to the institute.
Sahyadri wins Cash Prize from VTU for Excellence in Sports & Cultural Activities
Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management has been awarded with a cash prize of Rupees One Lakh from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi for excellence in sports & cultural activities for the year 2015-16 among 205 colleges affiliated to VTU.

Arpitha Kulal, final year MBA student has been placed as a HR Administrator at A1 Logics, Mangaluru.
A1Logics is a technology organization, providing solutions for all web designing - development, Software/Application development solutions for diverse industry verticals. The organization specializes in ERP, Connectivity, SEO Services, effective web promotion and tailor made software products.
