UG Students of GFGC, Belthangady came to Sahyadri for Start-Up visit & Hands-On Training in Computers

A total of 90 students from Govt. First Grade College, Belthangady, came to Sahyadri to visit the in-house Start-Ups and industries in Sahyadri Campus and also get Hands-On Training in MS Excel and Typing. To begin with, Dr. Vidyavathi, Dept. of Business Administration addressed the students and gave them a brief background of the nature of start-ups and industries that Sahyadri houses. Later, students were taken round the campus to visit the industries and also clarify their doubts with the industry heads. Post Lunch, Mr. Chirag Bangera from 2nd year MBA-HR, trained the students on Typing Master Pro, which is an effective tool to enhance the Typing Skill. Later, Prof. Ramesh KG, Dean-Strategic Planning facilitated a session on MS Excel. Students were accompanied by a faculty member who was also a part of the day-long event.
