The education sector is due for a major makeover; MOOCs play a key role in matching the pace at which the education sector is growing. This FDP mainly focused on blending classroom teaching with MOOCs which can add great value and learning experience for the students. MOOCs include imparting education through videos, reading materials, animation, exercises, games, case studies, etc. and it works on the EDX platform. Technology will not take away teachers’ jobs but will alter them in certain ways. Numerous free courses are available on MOOCs but nominal amounts are charged for certification.
