Pranam M C Acharya, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering, Dhanraj Shetty D, Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering and Sara Raisa Ummar, Dept. of Information Science & Engineering, have been recruited by Palle Technologies for CSR-Incubation batch of Technology. The training is scheduled every day for two hours virtually and will commence from 10th Jan 2022.
As Palle Technologies is partnered with more than 5900+ IT companies in Bangalore and PAN India, this training is designed as per IT Industry requirements, students will have opportunity to participate in scheduled interviews from their IT Partners.

Bridge Course: MBA Academic Year 2021-22

Day Five (10th Jan, 2022)

During the day five of Bridge Course, the first session was handled by Prof. Akshatha P, Dept. of Business Administration on the topic - “Leadership”. In this session, she spoke on the difference between a Boss and a Leader. She also emphasized on how leaders take onus for the team’s failure and encourage the teammates to move forward by quoting examples of the great Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam and Satish Dhawan.

Next session was facilitated by Prof. Disha C Shetty, Dept. of Business Administration, on the topic “Personal Branding”. She spoke on importance of self-love and highlighted the importance of having an existence in various social media platforms especially a crisp “LinkedIn profile”.
Final session of the day was conducted by Prof. Samarth Shenoy and Prof. Manjunatha Kamath, Dept. of Business Administration, on the topic “Inductive and Deductive Reasoning & Stress Management”. In the first half of the session, Prof. Samarth conducted an activity on Perceptions of humans and Deceptions faced by them before interpreting a scenario.
Prof. Manjunatha took over the second half of the session focusing on problem solving using deductive thinking. He also stressed on the point that one’s perception matters a lot as every story has 3 point of views and every point of view is important.
