Mr. Jagan Mohan, a retired Senior Vice President-HR at Brigade Group, Bengaluru is collaborating with Prof. Sushma V to facilitate classes for MBA-HR Students on the subject “Personal Growth & Interpersonal Effectiveness”. His first class was held on 12th May’2021 where he deliberated on “Personal Growth” from the point of view of student’s career.
Brief Profile of Mr. Jagan:
• A Commerce Graduate and Masters in Social Work with specialisation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation.
• More than 30 plus years of experience in Human Resources & Industrial Relations.
• Served at SRF Limited as a Chief Manager – HR for almost a decade and has lead the HR team for getting the coveted Deming prize for the company
• Prior to that, he has worked with Larsen & Toubro cement division, Awarpur Cement Works, Chandrapur, Maharashtra and SPIC Group - Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd., Chennai

Dept. of Mechanical Engineering organized a webinar on the topic “Development in Design and Automation for Industry 4.0” in association with Conceptia KONNECT, Indian Society of Mechanical Engineers (ISME), Sahyadri Institute Innovation Council (IIC) and FLAMES- Mechanical Engineering Students Association which was held on 12th May 2021 for the final year and pre-final year Mechanical Engineering students. Around 75 students participated in the webinar.
