Honesty and Integrity

Kudos to Mrs. Sunita Priya D’silva, Department of Mathematics, for displaying honesty and integrity of the highest order by returning a lost gold bracelet. Mrs. Prameela, Assistant Librarian, had lost her gold bracelet in the first floor corridor during the early hours of the day. She had almost given up hope of finding her possession worth almost Rs. 40,000/- or more at today’s gold rate. Imagine her surprise when Mrs. Mitra K., HoD, Department of Mathematics, approached her to ask if she had lost anything and on confirming her as the owner, promptly gave the bracelet back to her. This display of honesty and integrity needs to be acknowledged and emulated by one and all. Well done Sahyadri!
