Former Senior Vice-President Reliance industries, visits Sahyadri

Mr. Ananth Ravi, Former Senior Vice-President of Reliance industries and a State Sponsor visited the in-house industries and Start-Ups of Sahyadri on 12th Aug'19.

He met the Industry Heads and discussed about their day to day operations. He not only heard them, but also shared feedback and gave inputs to them.

He also interacted with the Chairman - Mr. Manjunath Bhandary and suggested measures for the future of industries at Sahyadri. Mr. Ananth Ravi will be interacting with the MBA Department, Students and LLP start-ups tomorrow.

Happy Eid Al -Adha

Eid al-Adha or Eid Qurban also called the "Festival of the Sacrifice", is the second of two Islamic holidays celebrated worldwide each year (the other being Eid al-Fitr), and considered the holier of the two. It honours the willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God's command. But, before Abraham could sacrifice his son, God provided a lamb to sacrifice instead. In commemoration of this intervention, an animal is sacrificed ritually and divided into three parts. One share is given to the poor and needy, another is kept for home, and the third is given to relatives.
