MBAs exhibit Cultural Representation of Different Countries

Since its inception, The Dept. of Business Administration-MBA has been known for its quality of education. The emerging leaders are conducting various classroom events, apart from their daily coverage of the syllabus.

The MBAs exhibited cultural representation by covering countries like the United States of America, Vietnam, Philippines, South Africa, India, etc, on 17th Dec’19.

This exercise makes budding leaders feel India’s strength and how to make use of India’s wealth. The presentation helps them build their confidence.

Mentor-Mentee System at Sahyadri

Introduction of the Mentor:
Prof. Manjunatha Badiger has pursued his Bachelor of Engineering from Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology, Nitte and M.Tech Degree in VLSI & Embedded Systems from Reva Institute of Technology and Management, Bangalore. His Research interest is Low Power, High Speed VLSI Design. He has published 5 Research Papers in international journals. He has presented more than 4 research topics in various National/International conferences. Presently, he is carrying out research work in the area of VLSI at VTU, Belagavi. He has 8 years of teaching experience.

• P Sanadhani is from Mangaluru. She pursued her schooling from Delhi Public School, MRPL and PUC from Expert PU College, Mangaluru. Her hobbies are listening to music, reading novels and collecting coins.

• S Shashank Tholpady is from Puttur. He pursued his schooling from Sandeepani High School and PUC from Ambika Padavi Poorva Vidyalaya College, Puttur. His hobbies are reading novels and playing football. He aspires to work with SAP.

• Prajwal Shetty is from Mangaluru. He pursued his schooling from Nithyadar High School and PUC from Canara PU College, Mangaluru. His hobbies are writing stories and poems.

• Preethi P S is from Tumkur. She pursued her schooling from Priya English Medium School and PUC from Christ Junior College, Bengaluru. Her hobbies are dancing and playing.

• P Prashanth is from Bengaluru. He pursued his schooling from Rayan International School and PUC from Rayan International PU College, Bengaluru. His hobbies are playing football and photography.

• Ullas Hegde is from Mangaluru. He pursued his schooling from St. Josephs’ High School and PUC from St Aloysius PU College, Mangaluru. His hobbies are drawing, exports, writing, playing football and photography. He aspires to work with Nvidia, Tesla, Asus etc.

Upcoming Event

An Upcoming Mega Event ‘Sahyadri 10K Run, Mangaluru’ is being organized in line with Fit India Movement. With the mission of ‘Swaccha-Parisara-Hasiru-Usiru’, this event endeavors to create an awareness of healthy environment.

As a preamble to this Mega Sports Event, Logo Launching & Tagline will be held tomorrow, 19th Dec’19 at 5 pm in TMA Pai Convention Hall, Mangaluru.
