Dr. Vishal Samartha Addresses American Delegates
Dr. Vishal Samartha, Professor, Department of Business Administration, addressed 35 American delegates who were in India on the 'Mission to Peace ' forum at the Karnataka Theological College. She spoke on the topic 'Role of Youth in the Changing Indian Society.' The American delegates were college going students from different streams of education. The American students were very inquisitive and had a lot of questions with regard to the youth of India. The session was very interactive.

Tomorrow at Sahyadri
In connection with the Girl Child Day celebration, Manthana has organized ‘Sakhi Samalochana: an interaction with women’ in ‘Sahyadri’ the ground floor seminar hall for Pre University Girls and lady staff members of Sahyadri Educational Institutions at 2:30 P.M. Dr. Bhagyashree Baliga, M.B.B.S., M.D., D.N.B, OBGYN, Gynecologist, will be the Chief Guest. Dr. Baliga is a writer in vernacular magazines on women’s health. She also conducts regular workshops for school girls on reproductive health and puberty. Prof. IreneVeigas, Principal Sahyadri College of Nursing, will be the president of the function. All women are invited.
