Faculty Members Enroll for Ph. D. Programs
Mrs. Sunita Priya D’Silva, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, has enrolled for a Ph.D. Program under the guidance of Dr. Lolita Priya Castelino, HOD, Department of Mathematics, Maduva Vadiraja Institute of Technology, Udupi. Her research title is “Difference Labelling Graph” in Graph Theory.
Mr. Deepak P. Naik, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics has enrolled for a Ph.D. Program under the guidance of Dr. G. S. Prasad, HOD, Department of Mathematics, RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, Bangalore. His research title is “Unsteady boundary layer flow of a Non-Newtonian fluid over linear and Non-Linear stretching sheets” in Fluid Dynamics.

New E-mail ID for Sahyadri Student Council
The Student Council of Sahyadri can now be reached at [email protected]. Any suggestions with regard to any of the Councils must be mailed to this E-mail ID by the council representatives of each class. The suggestions will be reviewed and forwarded by the Student Council heads. Suggestions will be analysed from systems perspective of holistic development and will be suitably addressed.
Faculty Member Invited as a Resource Person
Mr. Girish Hegde, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, was invited as a resource person for the student training program on Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Maharaja Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mysuru. The sessions conducted included topics like hydraulic and pneumatic pressure valves, control valves, pressure regulators, flow control valves, etc.
