 Mr. Karthik Raj Kudroli, Assistant professor, Department of Business Administration, was invited to deliver guest lecture on the Topic "Total Quality Management – Concepts and Principles" in Besant Women’s College, Mangaluru for the final Year students.
Faculty Member Present a Paper in International Conference at Coimbatore
Ms. D. Saranyaraj, Assistant Professor, Electronics and Communication Engineering attended the International Conference on Electronics and Communication Systems (ICECS'15) on February 26th and 27th , in Coimbatore. She also presented her research work titled
" Benchmarking and analysis of CAN Transmission Latencies on Real-Time Environment " which will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The conference was held in Karpagam University Coimbatore. The chief guest of the conference were Dr. Sing Kiong Nyuang, University of Auckland, New zealand and Dr. Anand Paul, Kyungpook National University, South Korea.

HOD Training , addresses the employees at Cognizant Mangaluru
Dr. Molly Chaudhuri, Head of Training, Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, addressed the employees of Cognizant , Mangaluru on 'Gender Sensitization and the Need for Gender Equality'. She spoke on the role of women in society, their contributions, at home, at workplaces and to the society at large. In the knowledge world, they are in par with the men. She also emphasised the efforts of the world bodies like World Economic Forum to bridge the Gender Inequalities and the measures taken by countries towards bridging the gender gap through legislations and other women development programmes.
Sahyadri Whiz Quiz Phase- 2 at Besant Women’s College
Sahyadri Whiz Quiz. Phase 2 was organised in Besant Women’s College, Mangaluru for selected students of first round, Dr. Vishal Samartha, Prof. Lokesh and Prof. Karthik Kudroli, Sharveen, Muqsith and Rinu Rebeca were the 3 quiz masters from the MBA 1st year. 10 teams emerged as winners from final year degree students. The students were felicitated with a certificate and were motivated to take up the grand finale at Sahyadri campus more seriously with meticulous preparation. Prof. Santhosh and Prof. Sangeetha congratulated the team MBA of Sahyadri for their coordination throughout the program.
