Prof. Sudheer Shetty, Associate Professor & HoD, Department of Computer Science & Engineering has been appointed as Member of the Board of Studies (BoS) in Computer Science (UG) program of St. Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangaluru for a period of 2 years (2017-19).

Ananya Bhat, student of II Semester Computer Science & Engineering is an amazing singer. She has actively participated in ETV Kannada ‘Ede Thumbi Haaduvenu’ hosted by S.P Balasubrahmanyam, participated in ‘Haadu baa Kogile’ telecasted in the UDAYA TV and had contested till the Quarter Final round, participated in ‘Little Star Singer’ telecasted in the Suvarna Channel and has contested till its Semi Final round. She has bagged the 2nd prize in’ Super Star’ reality show of Kasturi Kannada Channel. She was one of the top five contestants of ‘Sa re ga ma little champs season 9” of Zee Kannada. She has also won various prizes in state level singing competition including ‘Prathiba Karanji’ & various inter school & inter college competitions.
