MBAs visit SKF Boilers & Driers Pvt. Ltd & SKF Elixer India Pvt. Ltd, Moodbidri
Prof. Padmanabha B accompanied his mentees to SKF Boilers & Driers Pvt. Ltd and SKF Elixer India Pvt.Ltd, Bannadka Belvai, Moodbidri. At first, the team visited SKF Boilers & Driers Pvt Ltd, Manufacturer & Supplier-Stainless steel plant, boilers, and rice parboiling plant. The students had a site tour to observe the operations of the firm. “Vardan” is their special product which is known for its high output, with remarkably low consumption of power and fuel.
Later, they visited SKF Elixer India Pvt Ltd that designs and manufactures the entire range of Water Purifiers-domestic, institutional and commercial model. The company also manufactures Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP’s), specially designed for rice mills and industries. Mr. Mohan, HR Manager explained the varied processing units and services offered by the company. They also had an interaction with Mr. G Ramakrishna Achar, Managing Director and Mr. Prajwal Achar, Technical Director of the company.
