CEO of RDL awarded ‘Outstanding Achievement Award for Business Excellence’ & also featured on Cover Page of Silicon India
Mr. Raghav Shetty, the CEO of Research Design Lab (RDL), an in-house company of Sahyadri, was awarded ‘Outstanding Achievement Award for Business Excellence’ by Honourable former Governor of Sikkim & Home Secretary of India at New Delhi. This event was organized by All India Achievers Foundation.		Mr. Raghav also featured on the Cover Page of Silicon India for his outstanding contribution towards Industry 4.0 Revolution. He is recognized among the Top 10 original design manufacturers (ODM).

 

UNI GAUGE E 2019 AND COMEDK UGET Online Exam in Sahyadri Campus

UNI GAUGE E 2019 and COMED-K Online Exams were conducted in College computer labs. Around 150 students appeared for the test. COMEDK UGET is a state-level exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) for admission to undergraduate engineering courses at around 190 engineering colleges in the state of Karnataka. Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation, in their endeavor to offer an effective, fair and objective testing procedure to determine merit of students seeking admission to the member institutions, have formed “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka” (COMEDK). COMEDK has been assigned the task of organizing a common entrance test for the academic year 2019-2020. COMEDK entrance test & publication of test score and rank list will be followed by centralized counseling (Single window system).

Ms. Vanishree B.S. is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. She completed her M.Tech and BE in Computer Science & Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). She is having 2 years of teaching experience. Her research area of interest includes Computer Networks and IOT. She is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

• Ankitha is from Belthangady. She pursued her high-school from SDM English Medium School, Ujire and PUC from Sharada PU College, Mangaluru. She holds interests in singing, drawing, cooking and crafting. She aspires to become a successful software engineer.
• Carol Joyce Martis is from Mangaluru. She pursued her high school from Ladyhill Victoria Girls High School and PUC from St. Aloysius PU College. Her hobbies are dancing, traveling and gardening. She aspires to work in a renowned company after her graduation.
• P.N. Chandra Mohan is from Mangaluru. He pursued his high school from Aradhana School, Chikkamagaluru and PUC from Canara College, Mangaluru. His hobbies are playing cricket and reading technical articles. He likes to attend various workshops related to technical topics in his free time. He has participated in IIT Delhi Fest Team Samreen, won state level quiz competition, participated in under 16 Mysore District Club cricket and bagged several prizes in quiz competitions. His aspiration is to become a good software developer.
• Deeksha is from Udupi. She pursued her high school from Glowinstar Integrated School and PUC from Vidyodaya PU College Udupi. She likes to spend her free time in drawing and craft works. She was part the team which was runners up at BOT race at IIT Rourkela. Her aspiration is to become software developer.
• Shreya.S. Shetty is from Udupi. She pursued her high school from St. Mary's English School and PUC from Poorna Prajna PU, College, Udupi. Her hobbies are painting and drawing. She got distinction in higher and lower grade district level drawing exam at Kundapur. She aspires to become a successful software engineer and work for Apple.
• Shriraksha is from Udupi. She pursued her high school from Jaihind Aided Higher Primary School and PUC from Shamili Pre University College Udupi. She is interested in drawing and dancing. She aspires to work for a good company.
• Manish is from Kundapura. He pursued his high school and PUC in his native place. His hobbies are drawing and reading books. His aspiration is to emerge as a successful software engineer.
• Harisha is from Chikkamagaluru. He pursued his high school in Manguluru and pursued Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from KPT, Mangaluru. He is good in drawing. He is interested in sports and has taken part in district level Kho Kho tournament. He aspires to become a good software engineer.

Blackfrog Technologies Pvt. Ltd is visiting Sahyadri to conduct a pool campus recruitment drive for the Mechanical Engineering & Electronics & Communication Engineering students of 2019 outgoing batch. The position is for Engineering Design & Development.
Blackfrog Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a Product Development company with a particular focus on BioMedical Devices; backed by the Govt. of India for the development of a 'Portable Vaccine Carrier'. They believe in leveraging technology to solve sociological problems.
