On the occasion of Navarathi, Sharada Pooja was organized by the Library staff in the Central Library. Mr. Devadas Hegde and Mr. Jagannath Chouta, Trust Members, Dr. Umesh M Bhushi, Principal, Prof. Balakrishna S S, Vice-Principal, Prof. B. S. Umashankar, Dean Academics and other management staffs and students were present during this occasion.

Mr. Chethan Ram R A, Dean & Managing Trustee, 'Parivarthana School', conducted a One Day Workshop on Personality Development for MBA Students. He is a renowned International Trainer on personality development and has been working towards developing individuals over 30 years. He is passionate in strengthening the skills of the young students by influencing their personality.
With this intent in mind, he began his session by defining three categories of Personalities inbuilt in every human being i.e., Physical Personality, Intellectual Personality and Behavioral Personality. Each of these elements would be present in every individual in varied ratios and hence the output also would differ. He pressed on the need to redefine our personality in a way which leads to success, hence every individual must work on themselves to be competent in the outside market. He emphasized on inculcating qualities like confidence, time management, communication and creativity. He stressed on the criticality of Personality as it has a direct implication on the individual’s value, which again has a bearing on their success. Students were gripped by the knowledge and passion of the speaker.
