Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science are fields that are currently experiencing rapid growth, with the potential to shape the future of various industries

The department strives to achieve the following objectives :

  • These fields involve the development and application of advanced algorithms and computational models to analyze and extract insights from large datasets

  • Artificial intelligence, in particular, involves the creation of intelligent machines that can perform tasks typically requiring human intelligence, such as recognizing speech, making decisions, and understanding natural language

  • Machine learning, on the other hand, is a subset of artificial intelligence that focuses on the development of algorithms that enable machines to learn from data and improve their performance over time

  • Data science is an interdisciplinary field that combines statistics, computer science, and domain-specific knowledge to extract insights and knowledge from data

  • Data scientists use various techniques such as data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis to identify patterns and make predictions
