Hydrogen Innovation Pvt. Ltd. organizes Innovation Day 2025 at Sahyadri

On 9th April, 2025, Hydrogen Innovation Pvt. Ltd. hosted Innovation Day 2025, a flagship event focused on the future of green hydrogen in India. The event brought together leaders from government, academia, and industry for a day of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation.
The event was graced by esteemed guests including Sri T. D. Rajegowda, MLA and Chairman of KREDL; Dr. Ranjith Krishna Pai, Senior Director, Department of Science and Technology (DST); Dr. S. S. Injaganeri, Principal; Dr. Manjappa S, Director-R&D; Dr. Michael Gryseels, Chairman, Hydrogen Innovations Pte Ltd; Dr. Goutam Kumar Dalapati, Founder & CTO, Hydrogen Innovation Pte Ltd; and Dr. Manippady Krishna Kumar, Founder & Director, Hydrogen Innovations Pvt Ltd.

The day featured the launch of HydGen’s new product and keynote talks by leading experts on green hydrogen ecosystems and future energy systems. Insightful panels covered investment strategies, electrolysis technologies, safety, and industrial applications, with participation from key stakeholders across the green hydrogen value chain.
The event concluded with industry presentations, signing of MoUs, and a live electrolyzer demo, marking a significant step forward for green hydrogen innovation and collaboration in India.

CSE Students' Research Paper Accepted for Presentation at the International Conference, AIR 2025

A research paper titled “Machine Learning-Based Comparative Analysis of Biodiesel-Fueled CI Engine on Engine Performance and Emissions,” authored by final-year CSE students Tejas Nayak B, Mohammad Thwaif, and Aishwaarya, under the guidance of Prof. Chaithra S, Department of CSE, has been accepted for presentation at the International Conference on AI and Robotics (AIR 2025). The conference will be held from May 9-11, 2025, at Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan, in association with the Soft Computing Research Society, in hybrid mode. The proceedings of AIR 2025 will be published in the SCOPUS-indexed Springer Book Series, Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems.
This research focuses on Biodiesel-fuelled CI engines compress air to ignite fuel, providing a greener alternative to diesel. Their performance is evaluated based on power output, fuel consumption, torque, and energy efficiency. Emissions such as CO, NOx, particulate matter, and hydrocarbons are analyzed for environmental impact.
This work benefits the automotive industry and transport sector by promoting cleaner engine alternatives. It supports environmental agencies and policymakers in reducing emissions and improving air quality. Researchers and students gain insights for advancing sustainable fuel technologies. It also helps biodiesel producers by encouraging wider adoption of eco-friendly fuels.

ECE students engage in Warli Art activity at Govt. High School, Nalyapadavu

As part of the AICTE 100-point activity, the Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) organized a one-day Warli Art Painting activity at Government High School, Nalyapadavu, Shaktinagar on 5th April 2025 to beautify the premises through traditional Warli art while also promoting cultural heritage and encouraging student engagement in community-based creative work.
The day began with an inspiring inaugural function, setting the tone for what would become a truly impactful experience. The students arrived not with textbooks or laptops but with brushes, paints, and a shared a sense of purpose.
Guided by mentors, they began outlining figures in chalk—scenes of village life, dancing figures, trees, birds, and symbols of daily life. As the day progressed, these outlines came alive with paint, detail by detail. Laughter and collaboration filled the air as students supported one another, shared ideas, and brought their collective vision to life across the red brick walls.
By the end of the day, the school walls were no longer just boundaries—they had become storytelling surfaces, reflecting the students’ effort and creativity. What began as a blank canvas had transformed into a symbol of collaboration, culture, and care.
This activity reinforced the idea that engineering is not just about machines and codes—it’s also about creating environments that inspire. It was a day that left lasting impressions—not only on the walls but in the hearts of everyone involved.
