Director of DXC Technology delivers Guest Talk

Mr. Manoj K.P., Director, DXC Technology addressed first year MBA students on the topic “Digital Disruption - Staying Relevant”. He started his session by educating the students on "Digital" which means not just hardware part of it but way of doing things. In order to stay relevant in the digital age he gave inputs on five dimensions of digital sustainability:
• Agility -Rapid Decision Making & Execution,
• Connectivity - Consistent Collaboration,
• Discipline & Focus - Clarity on Desired Outcome,
• Empowerment & Alignment - Empowered to make decisions, and
• Openness & Transparency - Ethical practices.
Mr. Manoj spoke about the evolution from industrial age to digital age and he enlightened students on how to become digitally sustainable leaders by having the required skill sets. He also addressed the faculty members of various departments and briefed them about the role of a teacher in preparing students for the fast changing digital world.
Mr. Manoj has agreed to mentor a couple of faculty members and students on specific topics of Management studies.
