Get-together for Sahyadri Sports & Games Champions

A Get-together was arranged for Sahyadri Sports and Games Champions in Athletics, Table Tennis, Throwball, Wrestling, Taekwondo, Weight-lifting, Power-lifting and Judo on 12th Dec’19. The parents of the champions were also present at this event.
Dr. R Srinivasa Rao Kunte, Principal; Prof. S S Balakrishna, Vice-Principal and Mr. Sadananda H S, Director of Sports graced the event. They addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of sports in Sahyadri and how it helps the students in their academics. They congratulated the team and thanked all the parents for encouraging their children.
Heads of all Departments and Sports Committee members were also present. A total of 140 members attended the programme.
