MBA Faculty invited as a Resource Person for the National Level Inter-Collegiate Workshop by St. Agnes College, Mangaluru

Prof. Sushma V, Dept. of Business Administration-MBA and the Founder of “Sahyadri HR Solutions LLP” was invited as a Resource Person for one of the sessions at the One-Day National Level Inter-Collegiate Workshop on ‘Personality Development’ organized by Dept. of Commerce, St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru on 18th Feb, 2020.
She facilitated a session on “Life Skills” and shared anecdotes of her life, bringing out the essence of Critical Thinking & Decision Making ability. Around 170 students participated in the workshop including those from St. Agnes College and students from 12 colleges in and around Mangaluru. Ms. Teresa Jacobs, Executive Director-Learning, International Skill Development Corporation (ISDC), United Kingdom – The Chief Guest of the inaugural ceremony also sat through the entire session.
Prof. Sushma invited students to visit the MBA Start-up and also pursue internship on topics related to HR. She even apprised the participants on the Two-Day PGCET Training being held at Sahyadri during 18th to 19th June, 2020.
