Inter-Class Cricket Tournament ‘Sahyadri Premier League’ (SPL) – 2020 is held at Sahyadri

Sahyadri Premier League (SPL) - 2020, an Inter-Class Cricket Tournament for the students of all branches of Engineering and MBA and also the faculty is held during 24th Feb to 12th March’2020, at the Sahyadri Ground.
SPL-2020 is organized by the Dept. of Physical Education and Student Council Members of Sahyadri, comprising of Suman Shetty, Darshan Shetty, Saptam Bhandary and Nishkil Karkera.
Twelve teams are participating in this tournament:

• Trident
• Knight Warlords
• Rising Gladiators
• GrimReapers
• Avishkar
• Alpha 11
• Teaching faculty
Prof. Balakrishna S.S., Vice Principal inaugurated the Tournament. Dr. Rajesha. S, Dean Academics; Directors of Physical Education, Heads of all depts. and faculty attended the inaugural ceremony.
The first match was played between GrimReapers and Trident, wherein Trident beat GrimReapers by 7 wickets.
