The Dept. of Mechanical Engineering and Caliper Engineering & Lab Pvt. Ltd, In-house Industry at Sahyadri are awarded with several Atmanirbhar (Make In India) projects.
In the journey to nation’s self-reliance, Sahyadri is leading the Dakshina Kannada Region by actively engaging with Defence & Nuclear Sectors in many projects.

Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML), Kolar, country’s largest manufacturer of mining equipment has awarded Sahyadri/Caliper with developing ‘Pump Assembly’ to be fitted in their 100 Tons Rear Dumpers. Product is going to be totally re-engineered, assembled and tested in Sahyadri.
