Student Counsellor invited as Resource Person by Canara Collage NSS unit for a Webinar on "Mental Well-being during Pandemic"

Mr. Ankith S Kumar, Student Counsellor, was invited by Canara College NSS unit for a Webinar on "Mental Well-being during Pandemic" for their 100 NSS Student volunteers. Mr. Ankith S Kumar spoke about Mindfulness as a method to overcome stress and anxiety during pandemic. He also explained certain exercises and techniques to help the students relax.
