On 21st May 2021, Asian Institute of Family Managed Business along with Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management in association with the New Age Innovation Network, Sahyadri, organized a Round Table on "Grooming the Next Gen in Family Business". Over 100 participants including the students of the Young Leadership Program actively participated in this engaging and interactive discussion which revolved primarily on the journey that the panelists took while given the responsibility of their family business and how they were able to scale it up and become a role model for upcoming family businesses.
