Professor in Aerodynamics, IISC Bengaluru discusses about Curriculum Design for Autonomous Structure

Prof. Jagadeesh Gopalan, Professor Aerodynamics, IISC Bengaluru, interacted with the HODs of all the departments on 16th March, 2022. He informed that there will be a paradigm shift in technical education and Sahyadri should be ahead in implementing technological advancements in the curriculum of autonomous batches.
He proposed that Cloud Computing fundamentals should be imparted to the students of all departments. He highlighted how Cyber Physical Systems are gaining prominence and suggested that Micro Control Programming and Sensor laboratories must be mandated for circuit branches. He also suggested that the core branches should study the live data from in-house industries and do the real time data analysis.
Prof. Gopalan said that he would render his full support in framing the curriculum up to the standard and also said that Sahyadri in collaboration with IISC would organize bootcamp sessions to the students of third year.
