Alumna from Batch 2016-18 Interacts with MBA students

Ms. Pooja M N of Sahyadri MBA Batch 2016-18, currently working as Human Resources Officer at Toyota Industries Engine India Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, visited Sahyadri and interacted with first year MBA students on 26th Apr, 2022.
During her interaction she spoke about how she started her career at Toyota as a contractual employee on third party payroll. She said her perseverance and positive attitude towards work helped in getting into a full time HR role with Toyota Industries Engine India Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru.
She urged the students to add on new skills during the first few years of their job to build a strong foundation to a long career ladder. She also briefed as to how her participation in extracurricular activities both during college days and initial days at work helped to build a strong network which is a key to her success.
