Inauguration: NIPM Student Chapter of Sahyadri

The inaugural ceremony of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Student Chapter, organized by the Dept. of Business Administration was held on 30th Apr, 2022. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries of NIPM Mangaluru Chapter; Dr. Vishal Samartha, Director-MBA; Prof. Ramesh K G, Dean-Strategic Planning and the Student Council Representatives.
Chief Guest Mr. Dheeraj Shetty, Chairman, NIPM, Mangaluru Chapter, addressed the gathering and gave a brief introduction about the inception of NIPM. He also added that NIPM is a national body consisting of HRs, where people come together and share their knowledge. He also conducted a session encouraging students to face challenges by quoting examples of famous personalities. He gave tips to realize one's dreams and concluded his session by sharing anecdotes of his personal life and the struggles he went through which motivated the students to look at the brighter side of life. He also spoke about his entrepreneurial experience.
