Sahyadrians recruited by Cognizant

A total of 50 students were recruited by Cognizant for the position of Programmer Analyst Trainee, in the recently held Campus Recruitment Drive. At this, Sahyadri stands to have the maximum number of students recruited by this company in the entire Mangaluru region.
Out of the fifty students recruited, a record number of 31 students are from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, nine are from the Department of Information Science & Engineering, seven from the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering and 3 from the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The pay package offered is Rs 4 Lakhs per annum.
