Presentation on Cross-Cultural Setting by MBAs

Cross-cultural communication is imperative for companies that have a diverse workforce and participate in the global economy. It is important for employees to understand the factors that are part of an effective, diverse workforce.
In order to prepare our MBAs for employment in a cross-cultural setting, students were assigned a Group Presentation on topic related to ‘Culture’ - State or Country such as Rajasthan, Kerala, USA, Australia, UK, UAE and so on. This is a part of their 1st semester Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE) and is assessed on parameters like Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Creativity in Presentation, Team Work, Preparation, PPT format and so on.
